Eye Candie Design thinks it is very important to have satisfied customers. To insure satisfied customers please review details to our agreement.
Web Design and Coding.
Eye Candie Design guarantees a completely working web site. This means missing images, broken internal links and incorrect scripts will be fixed at no additional charge.
Browser Compatibility.
Eye Candie Design is dedicated to offer you a professional web site at a low cost. Our browser compatibility guarantee is for: Internet Explorer 5 and up, Netscape Navigator/Communicator 4 and up and Firefox 1.0 and up.
Web Hosting.
It takes a separate contract with a hosting company to host the web site.(i.e. www.1and1.com). Eye Candy Design promises to help in any way to make this an easy process.
Completion Date.
Eye Candy Design is in part dependant on the material provided by the client. The web site cannot be completed until all of the material is provided to us. This consists of all text, pictures, photos and graphics previously conceived and designed to be included in the web site. Both Eye Candy Design and the client understand that a prompt completion of the project depends on a prompt delivery of materials.
Payment of Fees.
Payments are due and payable on the following schedule:
50% due upon starting the project.
50% when the web site is completed.
All payments need to be submitted no later than four weeks after signing the contract.All payments are non-refundable, and must be paid in U.S. currency by check, money order or cash.
Maintenance and upkeep.
Eye Candie Design will provide four weeks of maintenance for a full site ($ 400) at no extra charge. A single page site will receive two weeks maintenance at no extra charge. Maintenance and upkeep consists of reasonable amounts of small changes. It does not apply to entire redesigns or replacement of all the text on a page.
Addional maintenance and upkeep is a flat fee of $25.00 per hour. Eye Candy Design will not Charge an amount with out prior consent of the client. Fees are subject to change. But NOT without prior notice of the client. Addional maintenance and fees will only be charged after the completion of a single page (two weeks) or a standard web site (four weeks) maintenance free period is over.
